HD Texture Packs

A major bug has been fixed that caused Pokemon to only spawn in battle and not in the field. The whole texture pack had to be redone to fix this bug, so there's no patch and it has to be redownloaded from scratch. A lot of optimizations were required to reduce memory usage, however the overall texture quality should be similar.
